Data Protection & Privacy
Privacy Policy — How rmmari Protects Your Data
At rmmari, your privacy matters as much as your gameplay. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how it is used and protected, and what rights you hold as a user of our platform.
Privacy at a Glance
Your Data, Your Rights
The full Privacy Policy appears below. These cards summarise the most important aspects of how rmmari handles your personal information — but they do not replace the complete policy text.
Data We Collect
We collect only the information necessary to operate your Account, verify your identity (KYC), process transactions in MYR, and comply with our licensing obligations. No excessive data collection — ever.
How We Protect It
All data in transit is encrypted using 256-bit SSL. Sensitive personal data is stored on secured, access-controlled servers. We do not store full payment card details — transactions are processed by certified payment partners.
Who We Share Data With
We do not sell your personal data. We share limited data only with trusted service providers — such as payment processors (Touch 'n Go, DuitNow, FPX), KYC verification partners, and fraud prevention services — strictly as needed.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data. You may also object to certain processing activities. Submit a request at any time by contacting our support team.
Cookies & Tracking
rmmari uses essential cookies to operate the Platform and analytical cookies to improve your experience. No third-party advertising cookies are set without your consent. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser settings.
Marketing Communications
We will only send you promotional emails and notifications with your consent. You can withdraw consent and unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time through your Account settings or by contacting support.

6.1 Service Providers (Data Processors)
We engage trusted third-party service providers who process personal data on our behalf and strictly in accordance with our instructions. These include:

6.2 Legal and Regulatory Disclosure
rmmari may disclose personal data to regulators, law enforcement authorities, or other public bodies where required to do so by applicable law, court order, or our licensing obligations — including obligations under our Curacao gaming licence related to anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing.
6.3 Corporate Transactions
In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of substantially all assets, personal data held by rmmari may be transferred to the relevant successor entity, subject to equivalent data protection commitments being maintained by that entity.
Section 7
International Data Transfers
rmmari operates on an internationally hosted infrastructure. Your personal data may therefore be transferred to and processed in countries outside Malaysia. - Right to Object: You may object to processing based on our legitimate interests, including direct marketing communications.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact our Data Protection team using the details in Section 15. We will respond to all verified requests within thirty (30) calendar days. Where a request is complex or numerous, we reserve the right to extend this period by a further sixty (60) days with prior notice.
Identity Verification for Rights Requests
To protect your privacy, we may require you to verify your identity before processing a data rights request. This is to ensure we do not inadvertently disclose personal data to an unauthorised party.
Section 12
Minors
The rmmari Platform is strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 years and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. Age verification is conducted as part of the mandatory KYC process applied to all registered Accounts.
If we become aware that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21, we will promptly delete all such data and close the relevant Account. If you believe a minor may have accessed the Platform or submitted personal data, please contact us immediately using the details in Section 15.
Section 13
Third-Party Links & External Services
The Platform may contain references to or integrations with third-party services — such as payment gateways (including the Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay platforms) and game content providers. When you interact with these third-party services, their own privacy policies and terms apply.
rmmari is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of any third-party service. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any external services you interact with in connection with your use of the Platform.
Section 14
Amendments to This Privacy Policy
rmmari reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email notification to the address registered with your Account and/or by a prominent notice posted on the Platform, with a minimum of fourteen (14) days' advance notice before the changes take effect.
The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy will be revised with each amendment. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically to stay informed about how we protect your personal data.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
